Dr Herbert A Roberts (7 May 1868-13 October 1950) graduated from New York Homeopathic Medical College. He practised for a short time in Brattleboro, Vermont and established a practice in Derby. He served as a first lieutenant in the United States Army during World War I, working as a medical officer on the troop ships.
