Dov Elizur

Elizur is Professor Emeritus of organizational behavior and social and organizational psychology at Bar Ilan University. He served as a Research Associate at the Louis Guttman Israel Institute of Applied Social Research, and as Director of the testing and job evaluation units of the Israel Civil Service Commission. He is President of the Facet Theory Association (FTA), and past president of the International Society for the Study of Work and Organizational Values.
