Before launching her consulting firm in 2006, Dr. McGunagle invested 20 years in a variety of business development and supervisory roles for financial services organizations and was responsible for creating production efficiencies, negotiating favorable terms, streamlining and expediting procedures, and leading teams to achieve double-digit profit improvements. She earned a MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a PhD in Organization and Management in 2006 from Capalla University.
