Don Jones (Toronto, Ontario) Don Jones is the founder of exper!ence it inc. (... and is an internationally respected thought leader, speaker, entrepreneur, and author. His insights, ideas, and powerful interactive learning designs have helped hundreds of companies and over 100,000 employees globally to align around, and connect to, simple truths and clear ideas they can use to move themselves, their teams, and their companies forward. Don Jones lives and works in the Toronto community known as the Beach, the setting for Walk Softly . He is the father of Becky and Emma, and is married to Margot Clayton Jones. He loves to hide treasure down at the beach and have his young daughters accidentally find the pirate's treasure map, to travel, and explore landscapes and ideas, to collaborate with a great team, to read, write, and create. He would work at two things in the world for free: design inspiring, hopeful learning environments; and write stories that move people. He is fortunate to be making a living at both. See less
