Dick is an ordained minister, a licensed professional mental health counselor, a clinical pastoral educator, and a hospital administrator. As a hospital administrator, he has been a VP for both Operations and Human Resources, as well as a COO and CEO. Currently Dick is a performance coach to some of the world's premier motorsports racers.During his career, Dick pastored in New England, then became an educator and hospital administrator at Kettering Medical Center, Florida Hospital (now AdventHealth) Orlando, Loma Linda University Medical Center, and Florida Hospital (now AdventHealth) Tampa. Dick conducted original research on forgiveness and heart disease, which he presented at the National Institutes of Health, Mayo Clinic, and Harvard, Duke, Loma Linda, and Stanford Universities. He was a featured speaker at the International Conference on Stress and is the author of Forgive to Live: How Forgiveness Can Save Your Life, currently printed in eight languages.
