Dianne Rahm is Professor of Public Administration at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Dr. Rahm received her Ph.D. in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University. Professor Rahm teaches a variety of pubic policy courses including environmental policy, science and technology policy, and policy institutions and processes.
