Derek Parlour has worked in outsourcing for nearly 30 years. Moving to the client side Derek then ran the commercial operations of National Rail Enquiries in the UK. Derek Parlour has presented at conferences and workshops, been interviewed by City AM and The Independent and featured in Outsourcing magazine.
