Deborah Owen is the 18-year-old young woman behind The Personal Progress Helper. What started out as a project as a 13-year-old Beehive has grown into the #1 website in the world for LDS Young Women. She was born in Utah, and has lived in a series of seemingly random places since, winding up in the Pacific Northwest. Her family is big, loud, and incredibly supportive. Deborah is headed to BYU-Idaho in Fall 2016 with plans to major in Visual Communications. My Personal Progress Helper is her first publication.
