Dean Phelan is an Organisational Psychologist, Consultant and Spiritual Director who has recently finished as Chief Executive Officer of Churches of Christ in Queensland, a $260 Million per annum, Not for Profit organisation that oversees the integrated services of children, family, housing, aged care, churches and many other kingdom communities. Prior to this Dean co-founded and led a national consulting organisation providing human resources and organisational development services. He has served as Chair of the Council of Churches of Christ in Australia as well as on a number of other Not for Profit and For Profit Boards.
