David Watkin
David Watkin was educated at Christ's College Cambridge and Westminster Hospital Medical School. After surgical training he became consultant general surgeon at Leicester Royal Infirmary and then clinical sub-dean at the University of Leicester. He was on the council of the Association of Surgeons, then became its president.
