David Timothy Duval is Associate Professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Winnipeg. He is also Honorary Associate Professor in the School of Business at the University of Otago (where he was employed from 2001 to 2010) and a Senior Visiting Fellow in the School of Aviation at the University of New South Wales.
