David Roberts
David D. Roberts received his Ph.D. in modern European history at the University of California-Berkeley and in 1988 became professor of history at the University of Georgia. He is a recipient of the Woodrow Wilson and Rockefeller Foundation fellowships. In addition to numerous articles and reviews, he has published such books as "The Syndicalist Tradition andItalian Fascism, Benedetto Croce and the Uses of Historicism, " and "Nothing but History: Reconstruction and Extremity after Metaphysics."
