David E Chinitz

David E. Chinitz is the author of T. S. Eliot and the Cultural Divide (2003) and of Which Sin To Bear? Authenticity and Compromise in Langston Hughes (2013). Most recently he co-edited The Complete Prose of T. S. Eliot, Volume 6: The War Years, 1940-1946 (2017); he has also edited A Companion to T. S. Eliot (2009) and co-edited A Companion to Modernist Poetry (2014). He has served as president of the Modernist Studies Association and the International T. S. Eliot Society.
