David Dziena is the parish acquisitions editor for Our Sunday Visitor. Before joining Our Sunday Visitor he served as editorial manager first at Silver Burdett Ginn Religion and later at RCL Benziger. He worked for St. Joseph's Parish in Croton Falls, New York, for ten years--first as director of religious education and then as coordinator of youth ministries. He worked for St. Joseph's Parish in Croton Falls, New York, for ten years--first as director of religious education and then as coordinator of youth ministries. For the past 16 years, he has led Confirmation workshops and retreats, catechist formation classes, and human sexuality presentations for teens. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Fine Arts and Religious Studies from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, and a master's degree in Pastoral Theology from St. Joseph's College in Standish, Maine.
