He also didn't want the hassle of needing to get a building permit.That's when David discovered bunkies - ones you can build from a kit.They ordered a bunkie kit and David and his dad built their bunkie in one weekend. David and his family loved it so much that he began designing and selling his own kits that can be assembled quickly, easily, and inexpensively.David and Karrie now have three more bunkies on their property that they rent out on Airbnb as getaways from the city and they're booked almost every night, year-round.
