The Prince of Wales and Humber Heritage, now in the collection of H.M. The Queen. David has worked in the Falklands for the Armed Forces producing a number of commemorative paintings. He has also written and illustrated a book Britain's Maritime History, each picture individually painted. His second book A Coastal Passage was another finely illustrated collection of paintings and drawings of England's maritime coast. He manages to combine great technical skill with imagination and vision to produce paintings of lasting value. His style is evocative and atmospheric, of both past and present scenes. His work has been exhibited throughout Britain and is in collections all over the world. See less
