David Bakish

David Bakish holds A.B. and M.A. degrees from Bucknell University and a Ph.D. from the University of Delaware, all in English literature. He is the author of articles and books on African-American literature and a book on the comedian Jimmy Durante that was a finalist for an ARSC award. This is his fourth book. He lives in New York City with his wife and a Yorkshire terrier.
