Travel Agency, Restaurant, Sandwich Bar Chain, Catering Company, Coffee Company and more recently as a Writer and Web Developer. A regular visitor to Spain for over forty years, he now enjoys indulging in and writing about his favorite passions; food, particularly the food of Spain, coffee and the cities of Europe.
