Catherine Fliegel is a registered nurse and certified childbirth educator living in New York City, New York. She has instructed expectant parents on the physical and emotional aspects of labor, childbirth, and postpartum adjustment, as well as breast feeding and newborn care. Catherine is known among her family and friends as a fine cook.
