Cynthia Frank-Stupnik

A retired English instructor, Cynthia Frank-Stupnik holds a bachelor of arts in English and education, as well as a master of arts in English. She has authored a memoir, a historical novel, a faith-based book of poetry, and a historical biography of Yankton County, South Dakota.
