Cynthia Boykin

Cynthia Boykin and husband, Dan, are the founders and senior pastors of Restoration Outreach Ministries. Cynthia is the director and executive producer of their weekly broadcast, Restoration Today , and she is a popular women's conference speaker. She is ordained with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, and holds a BA in religious education from International Seminary. Cynthia and Dan moved from Orlando to Gainesville, Florida, in 1988.
