Creea Shannon is an author, mentor, mother, advocate for STEM and underserved communities, and speaker. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. studies in Biomedical Informatics at Vanderbilt University. Creea Shannon is an author, mentor, mother, advocate for STEM and underserved communities, and speaker. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. studies in Biomedical Informatics at Vanderbilt University. Currently, Creea is applying data science and Artificial Intelligence to investigate disparities within underrepresented communities in Asia, Argentina, and Thailand.Creea is passionate about breaking the barriers of representation in STEM fields and literature.
