Constance's 25 year career has spanned working as Chief Executive and business advisor to private businesses and non-profit organisations in London, raising millions in business development loans and grants. She strongly believes in giving back to the community and for many years, has served as a Non-Executive Director on several Boards including NHS Croydon Primary Care Trust and up until 2012, the Vice-Chair of NHS Croydon University Hospital.
