Christopher Wright

Dr Wright has taught in the area of industrial relations for seven years. He is currently a lecturer in the School of Industrial Relations and Organisational Behaviour at the University of New South Wales. He has written a variety of articles and papers on industrial relations in the Australian steel industry, the history of personnel and scientific management practice, new production concepts, work monitoring and the use of performance related payment.
