Chris Inman began writing short stories at the age of 18, in the hills and mountains of Kentucky where he has spent his entire life. Many of the colorful characters he encountered in the Bluegrass State throughout his life, have been inspiration for his writings. Most of his work is related to family relationships and the drama that can occur from the clash of strong personalities among relatives. The complex relationships and outside drama of the fictional "Whitley" family is the basis of his first novel, "Curse Of The Whitley Farm," which he published May 1, 2016. Many decisions, past hurts and strained relationships, which carry on for years and impact futures generations, is the basis of this novel. His second novel, "A Glass Pipe and The Little Girl and other stories," a collection of nine short stories, was published July 2016. See less
