Chet Nicholson enlisted in the Army Paratroopers out of high school at 17, won the 101st Airborne Division rifle championship for new shooters at 300 meters when he was 18, was commissioned a 2nd Lt at 19, and led a platoon in Viet Nam when he was 21. He returned to the United States after his release from active duty, earned a degree in English at Colorado State University, then worked as a federal investigator in the national security program for seven years before enrolling in the University of Mississippi School of Law, wher he obtained his law degree in 1984. SInce then, Chet and his wife Gail, also his law partner, have practiced law on the MIssissippi Gulf Coast, between New Orleans and Mobile. Chet is currently hard at work on his next book. See less
