Charlotte Whatley

Charlotte Whatley is a designer of wearable art, a consultant for re-creations of historic costume, a certified leathersmith, and an art instructor. Her works have appeared in international shows and collections, and she won first prize for the steampunk division at Costume-Con 2009. She is the creator of Dover's Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan paper dolls.
