Inside Mary Lundquist was always the idea of being an artist. So when she was little she drew and drew, and when she was old enough, she went to art school and drew some more. Soon she was drawing (and sometimes writing) picture books, just like this one! Originally from Massachusetts, Mary now lives in Vermont with her husband and two sons, who love to go apple picking in the orchards during the fall (and, of course, get hot cider and donuts, too!).
