Charles Odwin, BS, RT, RDMS has been active in ultrasound since 1979 and is a Registered Diagnostic Sonographer. He helped create the local ultrasound society in New York in 1983 and is a past-president of the New York State Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. Charles Odwin, BS, RT, RDMS has been active in ultrasound since 1979 and is a Registered Diagnostic Sonographer. Mr. Odwin has published multiple articles in ultrasound journals and has received an award for Publishing Excellence from the Journal of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
