Charles Phelps
Charles Phelps is Provost, Professor of Community and Preventive Medicine, and Professor of Political Science and Economics at the University of Rochester. He is the author of of the textbook Health Economics (Addison-Wesley; 3rd ed. 2003), and is on the editorial board of the Journal of Health Economics and the Journal of Risk and Uncertainty.
