For nine years, he served as the editor of Pneuma: The Journal of the Society for Pentecostal Studies. He is the author of some 275 articles, a number of which are on patristic topics. His patristic work has been useful in the International Roman Catholic-Pentecostal Dialogue, which he has chaired since 1992. He is the author of two books and the editor or co-editor of five others, including, with Amos Yong, The Cambridge Companion to Pentecostalism (2014). See less
