C B Scrignar, M.S., M.D.

Scrignar received his training in medicine and psychiatry at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He studied behavior therapy at Temple University under the guidance of Dr. Joseph Wolpe. Currently, he is in the private practice of psychiatry and is a clinical professor of psychiatry at Tulane University School of Medicine and an adjunct professor of social work at Tulane University School of Social Work.
