Bhoresh Dhamija, BSc MBChB MRCS, is a neurosurgical trainee working in the West Midlands Deanery, based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham. He completed his undergraduate studies at St. Andrews University (BSc in Medical Science) and Manchester University (MBChB), before working as a Demonstrator in Anatomy at Cambridge University, teaching undergraduate students a regional based anatomy syllabus. Bhoresh Dhamija, BSc MBChB MRCS, is a neurosurgical trainee working in the West Midlands Deanery, based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham. He completed his undergraduate studies at St. Andrews University (BSc in Medical Science) and Manchester University (MBChB), before working as a Demonstrator in Anatomy at Cambridge University, teaching undergraduate students a regional based anatomy syllabus. On completion of the primary MRCS, Bhoresh moved on to a Basic Surgical Rotation with the Hammersmith Hospitals. As part of the national selection process for Neurosurgery he was allocated and is now continuing his training with the West Midlands Deanery. He has been a keen advocate of the use of OSCEs in undergraduate and postgraduate medical examinations and has been actively involved in preparing undergraduates to take this component of their final examination at Imperial College and University of Birmingham medical schools.
