Upon graduation from business school, he worked as a product manager in Hewlett-Packard's Medical Products Group before ascending to high-level roles at Mentor Corp.; Summit Technology, Inc., where he assumed the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer; and Intralase Corp., where he held the same roles, EVP and CCO.
