Ayanna Murray has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Oregon. Her first published book was "Bear Learns to Share," co-authored and illustrated by her daughters, Anaya and Jayda Murray. Other books by Ayanna include "Keep Moving Forward, Henry!" a story about her father's experience as one of the first African American firemen in her hometown.
