Blumenfeld is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years experience in private and corporate fitness programs and nutritional counseling. She received her master's degree in Public Health and Health Care Administration from Columbia University in New York. She currently serves as the Regional Manager of The Karen Yontz Women's Cardiac Awareness Center and Cardiac Rehabilitation departments for the largest medical system in Wisconsin.
