His extensive education, with a doctorate degree from Central University (HNBGU Srinagar UK), coupled with over 18 years of combined industry and teaching experience, establishes him as a seasoned expert in the environment field. Currently he is working as Research Director at Saraca Research Inc., India. Dr. Rathoure's expertise lies in Ecology & Biodiversity, Water Pollution Monitoring, Prevention & Control, and EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) coordination for various sectors, aligning with NABET (QCI, New Delhi) guidelines. His experience encompasses a wide range of industrial sectors, including synthetic organic chemicals, mining, metallurgical industries, power generation, nuclear sector, coal, cement, pesticides, chlor-alkali, chemical fertilizers, paint, sugar, oil & gas, man-made fibers, distilleries, hazardous waste treatment, and more. In his academic and research pursuits, Dr. Rathoure has contributed significantly, with a remarkable record of 100 full-length research papers published in international and national journals.
