Arndt Sinn

Professor Dr Arndt Sinn is the founder and director of the Center for European and International Criminal Law Studies and teaches German and European criminal and criminal procedural law, international criminal law and comparative criminal law at the University of Osnabrück. He is the author of numerous essays Organized crime records and books, and member of the Scientific Advisory Board on the SOCTA Europols report.
