Raised in an inner city, Antaeus began working at age seven cleaning toilets in a bar. Antaeus, a high school dropout, worked full-time to support his family. At seventeen, Antaeus joined the Navy and finished his education. Antaeus volunteers his time and writes from a lakefront home in Florida.
