Andy Ruffell

Born and raised in Kent, Andy Ruffell read English Literature at Sheffield University, and has been an honorary Northerner ever since. He has worked as a teacher and head teacher for nearly 18 years. He won the Hachette Children's Novel Award 2021 with Lily Grim and The City of Undone . He lives in North Yorkshire with his wife and two daughters.
