Ana Ochoa - ILLUSTRATORMy name is Ana Ochoa, and I live in Guadalajara, Mexico. I'm a graphic designer, illustrator, painter and grateful to be the mother of a 4-year-old girl. My life took an abrupt turn after surviving an induced coma at the age of 21. Remembering most of the words, visits, and events that I experienced despite being asleep, made me wonder how I could dedicate myself to others, and that although help was not in my hands, neither save nor heal, and sometimes not even give, I was looking for a new life. After this, I began to work as an arts teacher for children and for people with intellectual disabilities. They were the ones who guided me towards the goodness, creativity, and innocence of children's books.
