Alice Palmer Hill Alice was saved at age 14, Spirit Filled, an called into ministry at age sixteen. She served as a Children's Pastor, an Evangelist and assisted in pioneering and pastoring churches. Alice married Billy Joe Hill in 1957. Bill, Alice and their daughter Debbie evangelized, and pastored churches in Illinois, Missouri and Arkansas.
