Alexander Schintlmeister
Alexander Schintlmeister , Ph.D. (1957), Humboldt-Universit�t zu Berlin, led many expeditions to study moths in most Asian countries, including about 10 expeditions to entire Indonesia. He is the author of several major publications on the moths of Vietnam (1997), the Notodontidae of China (Schintlmeister & Fang, 2001), the moths of Thailand (2007), the Palaearctic Notodontidae (Brill, 2008), a World catalogue of Insects, vol. 11 (Brill, 2013) and a monograph on the genus Lymantria (2004).
