Bernstein P.A., with offices in both Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. His firm's practice is devoted almost entirely to traffic and DUI defense. He has been practicing criminal law, with an emphasis on DUI since 1982. He is a member of the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, The Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has had extensive training in the defense of citizens accused of driving under the influence. In 1995, Mr. Bernstein became a founding member of the National College for DUI Defense, which is the leading institution in the United States for training attorneys to defend DUI cases. He has completed courses on the NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. He has received training as an Intoxilyzer 5000 and Intoxilyzer 8000 series Operator. See less
