Under his guidance, she studied Goseki Nishiwaki's style and later on studied other well-known calligraphers' style as well. Koshu has a lineage that very few Master Calligraphers in japan have. At the age of 24, she opened "Koshu Calligraphy School" in japan, but she had to face an unexpected sudden tragedy and changed her life completely. She decided to move to the UK, and since 2002, she has been teaching and introducing Japanese Art internationally in the UK. This book is showing her own art collection of her own unique style by blending the Eastern and Western cultures.
