Adrian Smude got his start in real estate in 2002 when he accidentally became a landlord. Prior to real estate, Adrian was a college student, but was not your average college student. He discovered his acumen for business and entrepreneurship by creating new ways to entertain himself and his friends, and he made a little money while doing so. That's how, one day, he found himself to be a landlord. After being evicted for being a bad tenant, Adrian purchased his first house. He realized he could live in the house for free if he made his friends split his mortgage payment. After that first house purchase in 2002, he bought a second property. This time he learned some hard lessons, but he kept at it. Finally, after 11 years of being a hobby landlord, he found his true passion in real estate investing. It was at a real estate investor meeting that Adrian discovered the world of real estate investing. More specifically, Adrian found his key to success in the untapped gold mine of mobile homes. He has successfully been following that path ever since. Today, Adrian is proud to be living a life that provides him with Lifestyle Freedom. Adrian is an active member of three mastermind groups- including a high-level mastermind that he hosts. He is the best-selling author of "How to Buy Mobile Homes" where he shares his experiences, as well as his tools and strategies for investing in mobile homes. When Adrian is not buying mobile homes, you can find him living out his life's vision by traveling around the country sharing his successes, struggles, and strategies. See less
