How do seller ratings and feedback work?
The Alibris marketplace is comprised of thousands of independent sellers from all over the globe. In order to help customers make informed decisions about these sellers, Alibris assigns each of them a seller rating, which ranges from one to five stars.
A seller's overall rating is comprised of their customer feedback and their fulfillment rate (how often they successfully ship orders). At a glance, you can ascertain how well each seller performs in these areas.
How can I find a seller's rating and leave feedback?
To see details about a seller's rating, just visit their Alibris store by clicking their seller name, or use our Find A Seller tool to easily find the seller you have in mind.
For every order that you place on Alibris or Alibris U.K., you'll have the opportunity to leave feedback. Sign in to your account, click an order number, and then click the link inviting you to leave feedback about that order. This information is then included in our calculation of each seller's rating.
