Direct Product Linking

Whether your links are hard-coded or are generated dynamically, you can link directly to items in the Alibris inventory by ISBN, author, title, author/artist and title, or subject. Use the following steps to retrieve the HTML script for your Web site. To implement, just follow the link syntax and instructions below. Please note that all parameters within the below URLs, except the query terms (such as author, title, subject), are case-sensitive. We accept both 10-digit and 13-digit ISBNs. XXXXXXXXXXX this is affiliate's id as assigned by LinkShare. To get your specific site id to replace the series of X's just generate a link from LinkShare while logged in to the account you want to use & replace the x's with the 11 digit/character series of numbers that appears after "click?id=" in the url string.

subid=0& this is optional sub-affiliate id that some affiliates may be using. If you are not using it just leave it as is or strip out subid=0& when you build your URL.

Replace <--charles--> with the first name of the author you're looking for, and <--dickens--> with the last name

Replace <--great--> with the first word from the book title you're linking to and so on. %2520 represents the space between each word.

AUTHOR & TITLE
