While both men are strong supporters, they also know very well his faults and don't shrink from listing them. No reader of this book can have any doubt, for example, that the reason Kevorkian has been in prison since 1999 is Jack Kevorkian. What I had assumed was that they would produce an essentially worshipful work that was more hagiography than biography. Fortunately, I was wrong.
