His aim was to empower the weak and the fearful so that they could triumph over good men. The greatest fear of these men was the inevitable death. While the strongest understood their end as a commitment to preserving their work, for the weak, existence without them was impossible. The Varjatz who helped humans spread their Legacy, could not change the actions of men who were influenced by Kukg???n. As Kukg???n's influence on Earth expanded, the connection and energy that empowered the Varjatz and Jibobilan began to fade.
